Well-kept and new-fashioned units with a nice bathroom, a Jacuzzi plus a king size bed, and the staff were EFFICIENT. The pool was clean and I had savoury drinks in the sky bar.

We walked everywhere, the location was good, near the quiet beach of the santa marta bay. And it was also adjacent to large supermarket, different kinds of food and shops, Zazue shopping / dinning mall and Rodadero. The pool was very clean, sensational breakfasts...

Somehow local people has not gotten the concept of tourism;the town streets are not paved;lots of garbage on the sidewalks.

At the end we did not stay in the hotel. They try to give us something different that what we bought. They try to give us a room in a different place like 31/2 blocks away from the resort on a dirt road in a building without any security and they expected us to walk every morning to the resort to have breakfast. They label this place as 5 stars resort, but it's not even 3 stars if you ask me. The service was horrible, no one in there try to help us, to make us happy or to accommodate our needs; they said to us that that room was the only one that they had available for us and that we had to take it because we had it booked through booked.net. We ended going to the ZUANA, now you can call that a resort, not only for the phisical part of the hotel but also for the service, the people, the dinning experience, etc. Do NO RECOMMEND THIS SANTORINI HOTEL AT ALL IT WAS SO FAR OUR WORST EXPERIENCE DURING OUR TIME IN COLOMBIA.
Bad service, people not very friendly. Hotel in terrible conditions. Horrible rooms. You can even see the beach is blocked by a building in front. The hotel was empty and I wonder why.

The place is conveniently located just 1 km from the airport, and the rooms are clean, well-maintained, with comfortable king-size beds, modern bathrooms.

I like the crew, and all facilities, they really receive me well and they surprise me about my expectations.
They need to have more options of food inside the hotel. The arab and Italian restaurants in the day I was there seems to be not working anymore, so if you wanna to eat in the hotel you have few alternatives... (btw it was not a big problem tome)

Nice staff, good location, and free parking.
Extremely noisy, a bit run down, outrageously expensive for the quality of the facility, it should have cost 1/4 of the price. Not much to do in the evening around the area.

The bed in the twin room was exceptionally comfortable, and the room had useful amenities like a fridge, air conditioning, and a safe, as well as a bathtub in the bathroom.
